DELIVERY INFORMATION

All purchase bills which amount to SGD$500 and above per bill, enjoy free local delivery. Any purchase bill with amount falling below the SGD$500 mark, is subject to a delivery charge of SGD$70 per address, per delivery.
Self-collection is not available.
Orders are carried out by manufacturers or agents and to be received by customers within 1 – 14 working days from the date of purchase, for only local deliveries.
It is customers’ responsibility to enter the correct address details for delivery at the payment page. DEX GROUP does not guarantee the delivery if the address is entered incorrectly, or if the address is provided to DEX GROUP, the manufacturer or agent after the purchase.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, unless otherwise communicated in written agreement. Manufacturer or agent will make a delivery attempt, thereafter undelivered items will be returned to DEX GROUP or agent. In such a scenario, a minimum delivery charge of SGD50.00 would be charged for the return goods trip. Upon customer’s request, a second delivery attempt may be made at a minimum delivery charge of SGD50.00.
Deliveries will only be made to customers’ appointed overseas shipping agents located in Singapore for international deliveries. It is customers’ responsibility to enter the correct address details for the overseas shipping agent at the payment page. Manufacturer or agent will make a delivery attempt, thereafter undelivered items will be returned to DEX GROUP or agent. In such a scenario, a minimum delivery charge of SGD50.00 would be charged for the return goods trip. Upon customer’s request, a second delivery attempt may be made at a minimum delivery charge of SGD50.00.
All deliveries outside of Singapore will have their incurred international freight charges and all other delivery costs cum delivery plans arranged by and borne solely by customers.
