Our return policy holds that all goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for non-defect items.
The customer has the responsibility prior to signing for the delivery, to ensure that the product received is not visibly damaged.
If received item turns out to be faulty, to no fault of the customer when in use for the first time, an email must be sent to cs@singaporetools.com for an exchange of an identical product within three days, counting from day of product delivery. The product must be returned in complete product set with original brand packaging for an exchange to be possible. Customers shall also ensure that the product is returned in the same condition. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, footwear related items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.
Webpage of payment confirmation will act as Proof of Purchase.
All aspects of warranty will be carried out solely by manufacturer or agent.
